"We arrived at 12am and the front desk lady was very generous in checking us in. The room was very clean and extremely cozy. The bed was extremely comfortable. Being that the motel is on the side of the highway, I thought I’d hear highway noice, I heard ZERO noice and slept all night. "

"I had called Red Awning and left an extensive complaint. The wand to open and close the blinds was missing. My husband had to use his hands to do that. There were no tissues anywhere in the cabin. There were no directions anywhere for the ceiling fan. We finally figured out there was a remote left on one of the night tables for it. "So intimate, so quiet, so romantic. Loved it here. Great place to pause from this fast paced life and rejuvenate. Only bed isn't solid and makes an annoying sound when you turn in it. Otherwise, very lovely environment, clean place, great communication, close to Sedona city and sliderock"

"We loved our spacious, well-located accommodations just steps from Uptown’s restaurants and shops. Steps up a steep hill, it should be noted! Our villa was immaculate when we arrived, although we had to wait two hours past check-in time for it to be cleaned. "We had a great stay at the Matterhorn for 2 nights. I love the old school feel on the outside and our room was large and nicely renovated with a balcony overlooking some of Sedonas red rocks. You can easily walk to restaurants and shops (obviously pretty touristy in downtown). The staff was super friendly. We were there in January so it was pretty quiet but I imagine it could get loud in high season. "

"The Star is a little funky. It's fun and retro. It is a real old time motel. As long as that is what you are expecting it is a great place to stay. Lots to do and places to eat that are easily walkable. The bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of towels. I wish it had been warmer(no fault of the Star) I would have loved to sit out in the chairs outside our room and enjoy the scenery."

"The reception staff member was excellent, especially working on Dec 25th. A very different story with a different staff member during check-out on Dec 26th. In one of our rooms, there was a problem with a blocked toilet, which someone came to clear (more than once). When checking out, I was expecting an apology, but I faced an indignant staff member who just said "we know". "We were checked in by the hotel manager. He was friendly and accommodating. He even walked us to our room to show us how key items worked. Unusually thorough and welcoming. He gave us several recommendations for dining. We chose one of those and were delighted with the menu, service and cuisine. "

"We had a wonderful time in Sedona. The Bell Rock Inn is in a great location-- easy drive to restaurants, grocery store and hiking. We loved the cozy room that included a kitchen, eating area, separate sleeping area and private patio. "
